My 4.5 year old son and I would love to come and hang out. I, however, take care of children, and have three other littles, 2 yrs, 2.5 years and another 4.5 yrs with me on Tuesdays. Is it ok for me to come with all the children? I would love to hear from others who also have littler ones coming too! Hope the fall season is starting off great. The space lego is amazing. My son loves lego building and would really be into this!
thanks,
Belinda

Thanks Jasmine. Still not sure if we’ll come, depends whether my son decides to go to school or not. Is it ok if we bring a glow in the UV light dark slime / rubber experiment?
hope to see you,
Belinda

I am running a camp teaching about nature very soon this week, March 4th and 5th. Sign up is possible until 11:59pm on Wednesday, March 3rd. I am contacting you to ask you to post the attached brochure on this Home Schoolers website under the events section and possibly send out a group e-mail to your region’s learners. There are five homeschoolers attending thus far and the camp’s goal is ten. The posting of this event will enrich the lives of home schoolers by giving them the opportunity to connect with nature and developer their inner gifts. I am an experienced nature educator who is excited about sharing naturalist knowledge and the joy of nature. If you send me your contact I can send you the brochure and my CV, the website URL is http://natureawareness2daycamp.eventbrite.com/
Sincerely,
Dylan Sparks
hope to hear from you soon!

Hi there!
Your group looks great! I am just starting to homeschool my 8-year-old nephew (turning 9 in June) from now until the end of June. He just moved here from Ontario so I hoping he can meet some other kids around his age. Would we be able to join you on Wednesday?
Thanks!

Hi there,
My name is Denise and I met a few of you for the first time today. I was hoping that I could be added to an email list so I could be updated as to where and when you may be meeting over the summer. Please let me know how to do this.
Thanks!

Hi Denise,
It was great to meet you today. I will post here any summer weekly meetings our group plans and I will email you also. Another great resource is Hs-van yahoo group http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HS-Van/ – most meetings are posted here. Also the Greater Vancouver Homelearners Site also lists events stc http://sites.google.com/site/gvhomelearners/home.
Hope to see you this summer!

Hi Katherine,
I know that there are quite a few 11 year old boys coming – but I don’t know about older ones.
You can contact the organizer of the trip, Kim at liveandlearn@shaw.ca
